| · Why does CCI operate as a firm of attorneys instead of as a consultancy?
As a firm of attorneys, our clients rest assured that they are always advised by a qualified attorney. An attorney has, in addition to a degree in law, also had compulsory practical experience in legal practice, and passed the stringent attorneys examination to pracice as an admitted attorney.
Being a firm of attorneys, CCI offers the attorney-client confidentiality under certain circumstances, which exceeds the usual contractual level of confidentiality and thus offers our clients exceptional protection with regard to sensitive information shared with CCI.
As attorneys, CCI may represent clients in various legal proceedings, should circumstances so dictate. Back to top

The nature and likelihood of success of the claim however depends on certain variables including compliance with the Act by your employer as well as elements of proof.
You are welcome to contact Bronwynne Lamprecht at our offices for assistance in this respect. (012 643 0827)
