· Which legislation can I subscribe to?
The subscription service will be provided for two "libraries":
1) Environmental legislation library; and 2) Health and Safety legislation library
Users may subscribe to either or both libraries.

· What about regulations? Are these included in the subscription?
Regulations are essential elements to any legislative framework. The online subscription includes prominent and relevant regulations, in addition to all acts users subscribe to.
Subscribers will be notified of other notices (e.g. establishement of water user associations etc.) relevant to the subscription legislation, through the monthly CCI Bulletin. Any particular regulations or notices not reflected in the online libraries, can be obtained from CCI on request. Back to top

· How often are the acts and regulations updated?
CCI updates all the subscription acts and its regulations every month.
Updates are collated at the end of every month and will be available online on or before the fifteenth of the successive month. This turn around time in updates is among the best in the industry and will ensure that you and your organisation will always have the very latest updated SHE statutes available at the push of a button. · Do I need to pay for additional subscription licenses for other users in my organisation?
No. You may share your authorising login and password with as many individuals in your organisation as you require!
You may however not allow users outside your organisation to access the database with your login details. For security reasons, you may therefore be issued with a new password from time to time. Back to top

CCI provides a free by-law update notification service through its monthly newsletter (see "Newsletters").
These notifications can also be accessed on the CCI homepage.
Actual updated by-laws for a specific jurisdiction, will be provided on request at a nominal fee. Back to top

CCI has compiled an interactive legal guide, which deals with some of the more prevalent as well as controversial aspects of Environmental Law. Please contact CCI for more information.
