The Minister of Health established the National Health Insurance Advisory Committee in terms of section 91(1), read with section 91(2) of this Act. Attached to the Notice is the document containing:
- The terms of reference of the Committee;
- The composition of the Committee; and
- The remuneration of the Committee members.
