Other The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs amended the list of activities in the Schedule of GNR 387 under this Act, by the substitution in activity 1(i) for the expression "including" of the expression "excluding". Activity 1(i) relates to the extraction or processing of natural gas. See Government Notice 971 of Government Gazette No. 32625 of 9 October 2009.
