The Minister of Labour published the Regulations on Hazardous Work by Children in South Africa as set out in the Schedule to the Notice. See Government Notice 7 of Government Gazette No. 32862 of 15 January 2010.
The Minister of Labour amended Sectoral Determination 9: Wholesale and Retail Sector by the replacement of Tables 1, 2, 3 which relates to the minimum wages for employees in the wholesale and retail sector in accordance with the Schedule to the Notice. The amendments became binding on 1 February 2010. See Government Notice 8 of Government Gazette No. 32871 of 18 January 2010.
